I used to think life is all about sugar… sugar & spice and everything nice. Now, I think life is all about balance.

Don’t get me wrong, I still love fudge, chocolate and deep fried ruffle fat. But I think I also have to feed my body some healthy food to make it happy.

Just this morning, I was talking to peanutbutter about food. I was telling him how I think I’m addicted to taking pictures of food and food blogging.

What do you think is the reason why I love love love this thing?” I asked

Okay” he said ” let’s see, letter a. matakaw ka {you have a voracious appetite} b. You love cooking c. you think you’re a budding chef and d. all of the above

Well, it might be all of the above. I don’t know. I really have a voracious appetite.Honestly, I just love eating and I love food. I think food is sexy and dreamy. Look at the picture above. That is tofu but I think it’s HOT! It’s healthy and sexy with those red bell peppers around it and the sweet, salty, caramelly sauce that coats each tofu? …..perfect.

I think I’ve convinced you and I bet you’re going to the kitchen right now and you’re gonna make yourself some of this.
